About Musu
Hi, I’m Musu! For nearly two decades, yoga has been my anchor through every season of life...moving me from physical healing to deeper mindfulness and personal growth. As both a psychotherapist and a yoga teacher, I know that true healing requires both mind and body.Mindfully Musu is a space where these practices meet, inviting you to connect to yourself and find inner steadiness. When I’m not practicing, you’ll often find me exploring Mexico, chasing meaningful experiences and embracing the belief that healing and growth can happen both on and off the mat.
